Yamaha R15M Launched In Nepal; Check Price, Features, Details

Yamaha has launched the much-awaited Yamaha R15M in Nepal at a price of Rs 5,79,900. Along with the standard version of the bike, Yamaha has also launched the standard R15 V4. The R15 V4 is available at Rs 5,49,900. The new R15 V4 models get updated styling, a USD fork, a quick shifter and a traction control system when compared to the outgoing model.The updated Yamaha R15 gets the R7-inspired styling, there is a revised front end now features a single projector-type LED headlamps which is reminiscent of the new R7. It is flanked by sharp-looking LED DRLs.The tail section, meanwhile, looks similar to the one on the R15 V3.0 but appears to have large air ducts. The stays for the pillion-foot pegs and a new exhaust muffler also appear to be different this time around.Powering the motorcycle is the same 155cc, four-valve, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 18.3 hp and 14.2 Nm of torque. The new R15M also gets a revised instrument cluster that features Yamaha's Bluetooth connectivity. The instrument cluster also gets two modes - Street and Track.In terms of equipment list, the Yamaha R15 v4 comes equipped with USD front forks, dual-channel ABS, a traction control system, and a quick shifter that will come as standard on the R15M and racing blue colour of the regular model. The standard R15 V4 will be available in 3 colours - racing blue, dark knight, and metallic red.
